The residence must be a total non-smoking residence.
A mattress protector must be purchased on the same invoice.
The SleepZone delivery service must make the new exchange.
The exchange can only be made between the 7th and the 30th day after the original delivery.
The exchange will only be allowed for a mattress set of equal or greater value.
There are no refunds on in store credits given of any kind. No exceptions.
The original mattress will not be exchanged if there are any stains, blemishes, or odors on it.
There is only one exchange option allowed per customer.
