SleepZone Warranty

Damaged Products:

If any of the items you purchase from The SleepZone are damaged, defective or incomplete at the time you receive it, The SleepZone will correct it or replace it.

Sleep Products:

The SleepZone sells only factory sealed, brand new mattresses unless you are purchasing a “floor model”. Due to the personal nature and sanitary issues of sleep products, The SleepZone reserves the right to make no exchanges on mattresses if those items are deemed unsanitary in any way. Mattress protectors, pillows, and adjustable bases are not returnable.

Warranties:

Your new purchase comes with a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Any warranty claims must fall within the time frame and guidelines of the manufacturer’s warranty. The SleepZone will assist all customers in exercising the manufacturer’s limited warranty. A copy of the sales receipt is required for all warranties.

Floor Models and As Is:

There are no guarantees or exchanges on “floor models”, “display models” or “as is” merchandise. All sales are final.

Special Orders:

All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. There are no cancellations or refunds on any special orders. Special orders include but are not limited to custom sized mattresses such as Twin XL, Full XL, California King and any invoice marked special order.

Deposits:

No refunds of deposits after 14 days.
